Life is getting exciting
It's been in the works for so long that I can hardly believe it's time to talk about it. 26 years ago, we started a little family business making couches, and my photography has always been an accessory to that, never my full time gig. We've recently decided to sell the assets and move in different directions, and that leaves me able to pivot slightly and bring my dream to life, Positive boudoir photography!
When I say positive, I mean I am an all-rounder ally. Every body shape/type, every ability level, every colour, every sexuality, every gender, and every other thing you can imagine, I'm here for it. I want to showcase every beautiful body and make everyone feel as comfortable in their skin as they possibly can.
In terms of "where is the line?" I won't be shooting any minors, no full on sex, and I won't be doing shoots with male-presenting people without a chaperone, but everything else is definitely on the table in terms of you representing your authentic self. I also will not be editing anyone's body to look different than it does in real life. We can definitely talk about areas of insecurity and tailor the shoot to suit your needs, but I'm all about celebrating what makes you beautiful.
As for the authenticity, let's play dress-ups! In particular, I'm very kink positive, and I believe in the beauty of the sometimes-taboo areas of life.
I'm pretty excited, and also shitting myself a little bit about the change, but this coming Saturday is my first TFP portfolio building session and I have 6 gorgeous models to help me celebrate! I'll post some content from the day, and show you what a shoot with me will look like.
My first fully marketed sessions in 2026 will be to shoot in Mid January, location is likely in Cockatoo/Emerald Vic, with images delivered in time for Valentines day (with some print time to spare.) I'll also be offering vouchers for sessions that could be given as a Valentines gift, or for any other occasion.
